Gentiana muscicola (also called Alpine Gentian, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Gentianaceae family. It is a perennial herb that grows up to 20 cm tall, with opposite, lanceolate leaves. It is native to Europe, North Africa, and western Asia, and grows in meadows, grasslands, and open forests.

Gentiana muscicola has white or pale blue flowers with a yellow center. The seeds are small, black and round. The seedlings are small, with long, thin stems and small, pointed leaves.
