Areca songthanhensis (also called 'Songthanhensis Areca Palm', among many other common names) is a species of palm native to Southeast Asia. It is a large, fast-growing palm with a single trunk and a crown of arching, pinnate leaves. It grows in humid, tropical forests at altitudes of up to 1,000 meters. It is found in Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
