Cynanchum graphistemmatoides (also called 'Graphistemmatoides Swallow-wort', among many other common names) is a perennial plant that grows up to 0.6 m tall. It is native to the Mediterranean region and is found in dry grasslands and rocky slopes. It has small, white, star-shaped flowers and thin, hairy stems.
