Tetrastigma pycnanthum (also called Chinese grape ivy, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Vitaceae family. It is native to China, India, and Myanmar. It is a woody climber with tendrils and its leaves are simple and alternate. It grows in forests, thickets, and along streams.

Tetrastigma pycnanthum has small, yellow-green flowers, and its fruit is a small, fleshy, red berry. Its seeds are small, black and glossy. Seedlings are small, with oval-shaped leaves.
