Description
Psychotria mauiensis (also called ‘Maui Psychotria’, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree that can reach up to 10 meters in height. It is native to tropical regions of Central and South America, and grows in moist forests and along riverbanks. Its leaves are oval-shaped and glossy, and its small white flowers are clustered in groups of three.
