Psychotria descoingsii (also called 'Descoings' Psychotria', among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree that grows up to 10 m tall. It is native to Central and South America, and is found in tropical and subtropical moist lowland forests, tropical and subtropical moist montane forests, and moist savanna habitats.
