Ranunculus pedicellatus (also called Pedicellate Buttercup, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Yunnan, China. It grows in moist and shady places, such as forests, shrubs, and grasslands.
Flower, Seeds and Seedlings
Ranunculus pedicellatus has small, yellow flowers with five petals. The seeds are small, black and round. The seedlings have a single, long, thin leaf with a pointed tip.
Cultivation and Propagation
Ranunculus pedicellatus is a perennial herb that can reach up to 30 cm in height. It can be propagated from seed or division. Seeds should be sown in a well-drained, sandy soil and kept moist until germination. Division should be done in spring or autumn.
