Description

Moutabea aculeata (also called Spiny Moutabea, among many other common names) is an evergreen shrub with a spreading habit. It has oval-shaped leaves and produces small, yellow flowers in summer. Native to South America, it is found in dry forests and scrub at elevations of 0-1,000m.
