Description
Monnina pennellii (also called Pennell's Monnina, among many other common names) is a small, herbaceous annual native to the western United States and Canada. It typically grows in dry, open areas such as grasslands, woodlands, and shrublands. It has small, white flowers with five petals and a yellow center, and thin, linear leaves with a lanceolate shape.
Cultivation and Propagation
Monnina pennellii is a perennial shrub that is native to the alpine and subalpine regions of the Himalayas. It is best grown in moist, well-drained soils in full sun to partial shade. Propagation is by seed or cuttings. Cuttings should be taken in early spring.
