Paspalum nudatum (also called Paspalum, among many other common names) is a perennial grass that grows in tufts. It has long, narrow leaves with a pointed tip and a hairy surface. It is native to tropical and subtropical regions of South America and is commonly found in wet habitats, such as wetlands and marshes.
