Actinodontium adscendens (also called Ascending actinodontium, among many other common names) is a species of moss found in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. It is a small, cushion-forming moss with a yellow-green color and a dense, tufted habit. It grows in moist, shady habitats, such as woodland floors, and is often found in association with other mosses.
