Prasophyllum retroflexum (also called Retroflex Leek Orchid, among many other common names) is a terrestrial orchid that grows up to 40 cm tall. It has a single, tubular leaf and a single, white or pinkish flower with a yellow labellum. It is native to Australia and grows in grassy woodlands and heathlands.
