Description
Liparis platyrachis (also called Broad-Rachis Twayblade, among many other common names) is a terrestrial orchid found in North America and Asia. It has a single, erect, lanceolate leaf and a single, nodding, yellow-green flower. It is found in moist, shady habitats, such as meadows, thickets, and woods.

Liparis platyrachis has small, yellowish-green flowers with a white lip. The seeds are small, black and round. The seedlings are small, green and have two leaves.
