Liparis melanoglossa (also called Black-tongued Liparis, among many other common names) is a terrestrial orchid species native to China, Japan, Korea, and the Russian Far East. It grows in shady, moist, evergreen forests at elevations of 0–1000 m. This species has an erect stem, up to 20 cm tall, with two to four leaves. The flowers are yellowish-green, with a white lip.
