Description

Acrolophia cochlearis (also called Spiny-Fruited Acrolophia, among many other common names) is a perennial herb that grows up to 1 m tall. It is native to tropical Africa and is found in dry forests, woodlands and savannas. The leaves are alternate, lanceolate and up to 25 cm long.
