Ouratea longistyla (also called Long-styled Ouratea, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree that grows up to 10 m tall. It is native to the tropical forests of South America, and is found in the Amazon Basin, the Guianas, and the Atlantic Forest of Brazil. It prefers moist, well-drained soils in lowland tropical forests.
