Cinclidium stygium (also called Arctic Cinclidium, among many other common names) is a species of moss that is native to the Arctic and Subarctic regions. It is a small, yellow-green moss that grows in mats on rocks, soil, and other surfaces. It has a prostrate growth habit and its leaves are lanceolate in shape.
