Dissotis lebrunii (also called Lebrun's False Mallow, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to tropical Africa. It grows in moist, shady places and can reach a height of up to 1 meter.

Dissotis lebrunii is an evergreen, fast-growing shrub that can reach a height of up to 2m. It prefers a moist, well-drained soil in a sunny or partially shaded position. Propagation is by seed or cuttings in spring or summer.

Dissotis lebrunii is native to tropical Africa, including Angola, Cameroon, Congo, Gabon, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Togo, and Zaire. It is also found in tropical Asia, including India, Sri Lanka, and Thailand.
