Description
Magnolia sprengeri (also called Sprenger's Magnolia, among many other common names) is a small deciduous tree native to Mexico and Central America. It has fragrant white flowers and large, dark green leaves. It is found in temperate forests and woodlands.

Magnolia sprengeri is a small evergreen tree that grows up to 10 m tall. It is native to China and prefers well-drained, slightly acidic soils and full sun to partial shade. Propagation is by seed or cuttings. Seeds should be sown in spring in a well-drained, light soil. Cuttings should be taken in late spring or early summer and rooted in a moist, well-drained soil.
