Description
Pearcea pileifolia (also called Pileifolia Pearcea, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Gesneriaceae. It is a small, herbaceous perennial that grows up to 1 m tall. It is native to Colombia and Venezuela, and is found in humid, montane forests.

The flowers of Pearcea pileifolia are small and yellow, with four petals and a yellow center. The seeds are small and black, and the seedlings are dark green with a white stem.
