Tapeinostemon adulans (also called 'Adulant's tapeinostemon', among many other common names) is an annual herbaceous plant native to South America. It grows to a height of up to 0.5 m and has a soft, succulent stem. Its leaves are ovate-lanceolate in shape, with entire margins. It is found in moist, shady areas, such as in forests and along streams.
