Gentiana densiflora (also called the dense-flowered gentian, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Europe and Asia. It has a basal rosette of leaves and produces a single stem with a single flower. The flowers are usually blue or white in color and have five petals. It grows in moist meadows, grasslands, and open woods.
