Description

Calophyllum polyanthum (also called Wild Damson, among many other common names) is a medium-sized tree of the family Calophyllaceae. It is native to the Moluccas, New Guinea, and the Solomon Islands. It prefers tropical climates and is found in lowland rainforests, mangrove swamps, and along riverbanks.
