Yucca rupicola (also called Cliff Yucca, among many other common names) is a perennial evergreen shrub native to the southwestern United States and Mexico. It has a rosette of long, rigid, sword-shaped leaves and a tall, woody stem. It is found in dry, sandy, or rocky soils in open woodlands, scrublands, and grasslands.

The flower of Yucca rupicola is a white, bell-shaped flower with yellow anthers. The seed is a small, black, oval-shaped seed. The seedling is a small, green, oval-shaped seedling with a single pair of leaves.
