Description

Salacca stolonifera (also called Stoloniferous Salacca, among many other common names) is a species of palm tree native to Southeast Asia. It is a medium-sized palm, with a single slender trunk, growing up to 10 m tall. Its leaves are pinnate, up to 2 m long, with numerous leaflets. It is found in lowland rainforest, up to 1000 m elevation.
