Cultivation and Propagation
Strophanthus thollonii is a terrestrial orchid species native to Madagascar. It is easy to cultivate and propagate. It should be grown in a pot or in the ground in a well-draining soil mix. The soil should be kept moist but not soggy. It should be fertilized regularly with a balanced orchid fertilizer. Propagation is done by division of the clumps of pseudobulbs. The divisions should be planted in individual pots with a well-draining soil mix.
