Cultivation and Propagation
Hoya thuathienhuensis is a tropical plant that is best grown in a warm, humid environment. It can be propagated by stem cuttings or by layering. Stem cuttings should be taken in the spring or summer and placed in a moist soil mix. Once the cuttings have rooted, they can be transplanted into individual pots. Layering is best done in the spring or summer when the plant is actively growing. The stem should be bent down and the tip should be buried in the soil. Once the layer has rooted, it can be cut away from the parent plant and transplanted into its own pot.
