Description

Aspidosperma macrophyllum (also called Pau-mulato, among many other common names) is a species of flowering tree in the Apocynaceae family. It is native to South America, and is found in tropical and subtropical moist lowland forests. It is a medium-sized tree, growing up to 20 m tall, with a trunk up to 50 cm in diameter.
