Description
Hedychium brevicaule (also called Short-stemmed ginger, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Southeast Asia. It has a rhizomatous root system and long, lanceolate leaves. It grows in tropical and subtropical forests, grasslands, and disturbed areas.
