Description

Viola sacchalinensis (also called Sakhalin Violet, among many other common names) is a small herbaceous perennial plant native to the Russian Far East. It has heart-shaped leaves and produces small, purple flowers. It usually grows in moist, shady habitats such as woodlands and meadows.
