Description
Verbena urticifolia (also called White Vervain, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Verbenaceae family. It is an annual herb, typically growing to 0.3–1 m (1 ft 0 in–3 ft 3 in) tall. It is native to North America, from Quebec and Ontario south to Florida and Texas. It grows in moist meadows, often near streams.
