Elatostema macropus (also called Long-Stalked Elatostema, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to China, Taiwan, and Vietnam. It grows in moist, shady habitats, such as forests, and has large, ovate leaves with long petioles and long, narrow sepals.

Elatostema macropus has white flowers with yellow centers and small, black seeds. The seedlings are small and have a single, long, slender leaf.
