Description

Sciaphila jianfenglingensis (also called 'Jianfengling sciaphila', among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Triuridaceae. It is found in the tropical rainforest of the Amazon basin in South America, and is a terrestrial orchid that grows up to 1 m tall. It is found in tropical moist lowland forests and seasonally flooded forests.
