Symplocos herzogii (also called Herzog's Symplocos, among many other common names) is an evergreen shrub or small tree that grows up to 8 m tall. It is native to India, Sri Lanka, and the Andaman Islands. It is found in tropical and subtropical moist lowland forests and montane forests.
