Description
Symplocos buxifolioides (also called Box-leaved Sweetleaf, among many other common names) is a small deciduous shrub that grows up to 3 m tall. It is native to North America and is found in open woodlands, scrub and hedgerows. It has small, oval leaves that are up to 5 cm long and 2 cm wide. The flowers are white and are up to 2 cm long.
