Symplocos baracoensis (also called 'Baracoa Symplocos', among many other common names) is a species of shrub native to Cuba. It is found in tropical and subtropical forests at elevations of 1000-3000 m. It has an upright habit and large, ovate leaves. The flowers are white and have a long, curved spur.
