Solanum junctum (also called Junctum nightshade, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the nightshade family. It is native to Mexico, and is found in the tropical moist forests. It grows in moist, shady forests at elevations of up to 1,000 m.

Solanum junctum is an evergreen shrub that grows up to 4m in height. It is native to South America and is found in open areas, roadsides, and disturbed areas. Propagation is by seed, which should be sown in spring or early summer. The seed should be sown in a well-drained soil and kept moist until germination occurs. Once established, the plant is drought tolerant and does not require much maintenance.
