Description

Verbascum schottianum (also called 'Schott's Mullein', among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Scrophulariaceae. It is a biennial or short-lived perennial plant with a basal rosette of leaves and a tall stem bearing a spike of yellow flowers. It is native to Ethiopia and other parts of East Africa, and grows in grassland, scrub, and rocky places.
