Flower, Seeds and Seedlings
Verbascum josgadense has yellow flowers with dark purple centers and small, black seeds. The seedlings are small and have a single pair of leaves.
Cultivation and Propagation
Verbascum josgadense is an herbaceous perennial that can be propagated by division or by seed. It prefers a well-drained soil in full sun to partial shade. When propagating by division, divide the plant in spring or early summer. When propagating by seed, sow the seeds in a well-drained soil in a sunny location and keep the soil moist until the seeds germinate. Once the seedlings are established, thin them out to allow for adequate spacing.
