Description

Verbascum exuberans (also called 'Cotton Thistle', among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant that grows up to 1.2 m tall. It is native to the Mediterranean region and is found in dry grasslands, steppes, and rocky slopes. It has a thick stem and large, woolly, grey-green leaves. The flower heads are yellow and have a diameter of up to 3 cm.
