Verbascum adenocarpum (also called Aden's Fruited Mullein, among many other common names) is an annual or biennial herbaceous plant that can grow up to 1.2m tall. It is native to the Mediterranean region and is found in dry, rocky habitats. It has a basal rosette of leaves and a single, erect stem with yellow flowers.
