Description
Schistochila nitidissima (also called Schistochila nitida var. nitidissima, among many other common names) is a small, moss-like liverwort with a flattened stem and two rows of leaves. It is native to Europe, North America, and parts of Asia, and is found in moist, shady habitats such as woodlands and stream banks.
