Spermacoce burchellii has small, white flowers with yellow anthers. The seeds are small, black and round. The seedlings are slender and have a single stem.
Cultivation and Propagation
Spermacoce burchellii is a perennial herb that can be propagated by division or by seed. It prefers a well-drained, nutrient-rich soil and plenty of light. The plant should be fertilized regularly with a liquid fertilizer and the water should be kept at a temperature of around 22-25°C. It is also important to provide plenty of oxygen to the plant, as it is an oxygenator. Propagation can be done by dividing the plant or by collecting the seeds and planting them in a substrate.
