Description

Rubia latipetala (also called Wide-petalled Madder, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to East Asia. It is a climbing plant with long, slender stems and small, yellowish-green flowers. Its leaves are alternate, ovate to lanceolate in shape and its fruits are small, globose berries. It is found in dry, rocky habitats, open woodlands, and grasslands.
