Pyrostria pseudocommersonii (also called 'False Commerson's Pyrostria', among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree, up to 5 m tall, with a dense, rounded crown. It is native to the tropical regions of Africa, from Ethiopia to Angola, and is found in a variety of habitats, from dry woodlands to moist forests.
