Description

Pyrostria arayatensis (also called Arayat Pyrostria, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the southeastern United States. It has a tufted habit and grows up to 1 m tall. Its leaves are linear and up to 30 cm long. It is found in wet areas such as marshes, swamps, and wet meadows.
