Description

Otiophora caerulea (also called Blue Otiophora, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Rubiaceae. It is a shrub or small tree that grows up to 5 meters tall. It is native to Angola, and is found in tropical and subtropical moist lowland forests.
