Description

Notopleura uliginosa (also called Uliginose Notopleura, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree native to Central and South America. It has a dense, rounded crown and is usually between 5 and 10 meters tall. Its leaves are elliptic-lanceolate, with a smooth or slightly serrate margin. It is found in tropical and subtropical moist forests, as well as in disturbed areas.
