Mitracarpus floribundus is a small, perennial shrub that grows to around 1.5 metres in height. It prefers a sunny position in well-drained soil and is tolerant of drought and frost. Propagation is by cuttings or seed. Cuttings should be taken from semi-hardwood and treated with a rooting hormone.
