Description
Manettia campanulacea (also called Firecracker Vine, Little Cigar Plant, and Bird's Eye, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Rubiaceae family. It is a woody vine native to tropical America, and is found in tropical and subtropical climates in moist forests, woodlands, and along riverbanks. It has glossy, dark green leaves and produces small, red flowers.

The flower of Manettia campanulacea is a small, tubular, yellow-orange flower with five petals. The seed is small, black and round. The seedlings are small, thin and green.
